Please note all baskets containing alcohol only sold and delivered to persons over 18 years of age.

Only items listed in baskets included in price other items in photos used for decoration or example purposes only.

If at any time we can’t supply any item in your gift basket we will replace it with a quality item of equal or greater value at no extra cost.

No baskets will be delivered until payment has been received in full and 2 days are needed to clear cheques.

We use a courier service that requires a recipients signature when receiving parcel. If being delivered to a personal address please ensure that you give us the authority for the courier to leave parcel in a safe area, out of sun or rain & also so no pets can gain access to it. Please indicate directions when ordering.
NB: Business Addresses are preferred for all deliveries where possible. See delivery section
We do not send hampers overseas

Every effort will be made to have your parcel delivered on time but we can't be responsible for couriers delays that are out of our control.

All Bulk Corporate Christmas orders require a 50% deposit when ordered and we require full payment prior to dispatch.

All orders for items that are especially ordered in for company's or individuals require a 50% deposit and require full payment prior to dispatch. eg. Leather Wine Bags

If you want to pay for an online purchase using your credit card just follow the prompts at checkout and you will be taken to our secure online payment site PayPal. Enter your card details when requested & when the payment is completed you will be redirected back to our website again.

Cancellation Policy
• Contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order, either phone (08) 8298 7747 or email: marion@boxsalicious.com.au

Returns Policy
• In the unlikely event that your gift hamper is damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately for the gift hamper to be returned and we'll arrange for a replacement hamper.

Replacement Policy
• If for a reason out of our control a particular item is not available as displayed on the our website, we will replace the item of equal or greater value.

Security
• We understand that you need to feel 100% comfortable purchasing your gifts online, therefore included in our latest website update we have only the best and most up to date SSL technology security for your protection.
• We do not have access to your credit card details and instead of storing your details on a server you will be required to re enter your card details for future orders.

Privacy
• We respect your privacy and also recognize your right to protection of all personal information you provide us. Any information you provided to us will not be passed on to any third parties.
